About Us
Mobelt was founded in 2019, stemming from the intuition of Gianluca Florio, a physiotherapist holding a Bachelor degree from the University of Bologna, Masters from Universities of Pisa and Leuven, and currently PhD fellow at Hasselt University in Belgium.
After the study and design of Mobelt special anatomical shape, the initial prototypes were created together with his brother Alessandro. Small-scale experimentation began, in order of perfectioning the production technique and selecting the best materials for the final product.
Today, all Mobelt belts are crafted in North Italy near Vicenza, in a family runned laboratory with extensive expertise in high-quality leather goods.
The synergy between the experience of the brothers Gianluca, a physiotherapist, and Alessandro, a craftsman, has led to the creation of an unique belt: comfortable to wear but also stylish, refined in every detail, and 100% Made in Italy.
