About Us
Mobelt was founded in 2019 through the vision of Gianluca Florio, a physiotherapist holding a degree from the University of Bologna and working now as researcher at Hasselt University in Belgium.
Following the conceptualization and patenting of the Mobelt design, Gianluca, alongside his brother Alessandro, embarked on crafting the initial prototypes. They commenced small-scale trials to perfect the production process and meticulously select premium materials for the ultimate product refinement.
Today, all Mobelt belts are crafted in North Italy near Vicenza, in a family runned laboratory with extensive expertise in high-quality leather goods.
The synergy between the experience of the brothers Gianluca, a physiotherapist, and Alessandro, a craftsman, has led to the creation of a belt that is truly unique. It is not only comfortable to wear but also stylish, meticulously crafted with attention to every detail, and made in Italy.
