Shipping and Delivery Methods – Time and Costs

Goods purchased on www.mobelt.it are delivered both within the national territory and abroad.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country. Shipping costs and any additional charges will always be visible to the User before the purchase is finalized.

Shipments are dispatched within 5 working days from the date of payment.

If the order is paid by bank transfer, the 5 working days will begin from the actual credit of the amounts to the Seller’s bank account.

Deliveries are made to the address provided by the User at the time of purchase, and delivery times are as indicated by the courier. The courier assumes full responsibility for transportation from the moment the goods are collected by Fisiolink SRLs to the delivery address.

In the event that the User does not collect the goods within the time specified by the courier, the products will be returned to Fisiolink SRLs, which will refund the price of the products but not the shipping costs.

Fisiolink SRLs cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the order information provided by the User, nor for delays in shipping or any damages that may occur to the products after delivery to the courier.

The prices of the products on the website and shipping costs are expressed in €, and payments are made in €. In the case of purchases from non-European Union countries, the currency exchange rate will be applied to the User by their bank or payment card.

The prices of the products on the website may be changed without notice, but the price charged to the User will be the one published on the product page at the time of order submission.
