You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your Mobelt belt.
How it Works
- Fill out the form below to start the procedure.
- We will send you a prepaid shipping label via email to apply to the package.
- You can choose whether to:
- Drop off the package at a post office, or
- Request home collection
After We Receive Your Return
Once we receive the returned product, we will quickly proceed to:
- Ship the replacement product, in case of an exchange, or
- Issue the refund, according to your request, to the same payment method used for the original order.
