RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – Returns and Refunds

On www.mobelt.it , it is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal as provided for by Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005, no. 206 (Consumer Code), in a simple and fast way without explanations, provided that the withdrawal is communicated to Fisiolink Srls, owner of the website

Please note that the right of withdrawal CANNOT be exercised in the following cases:

If the goods have been purchased by a Professional user with a VAT number;
If the order concerned products made to measure or based on your specific requests;
If the goods are sealed and do not lend themselves to being returned for reasons of hygiene and/or health protection, and have been opened after delivery.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised with one of the following methods:

by sending a registered letter or other written communication addressed to Fisiolink Srls, Piazza Campo Marzio 15, 36071 Arzignano (VI), informing Fisiolink Srls of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal request must be sent no later than 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods, a deadline that starts from:

In the case of an order relating to a single product, from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product;
In the case of multiple goods ordered by you through a single order and delivered separately, from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last product;
In the case of an order relating to the delivery of a product consisting of lots or multiple pieces, from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece.

Following the withdrawal communication, the product to be returned must be sent within 14 days from the sending of the withdrawal communication, perfectly intact and complete with all its parts and the authentic packaging, at the user’s expense and using a carrier of their choice, to the following address:

The refund of the purchase price will be made only after Fisiolink Srls has verified the integrity of the returned product, by crediting the amounts to the same payment instrument used for the purchase, within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the goods at its headquarters.

The products sold on Mobelt are original and are shipped in their authentic packaging. When returning products, they must be returned in perfect condition, complete with all elements, in their original packaging and without having been used, consumed or damaged. The user is required to take every possible precaution to ensure the integrity of the returned product. Products returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, dirty or in any other condition that may reasonably suggest that they have been used or worn, will not be refunded or replaced.
